One of the largest Internet Exchanges , Amsterdam Internet Exchange, is looking to  open an office in the US .

It will then be subject to the Patriot act so the US can legally tap this exchange!

Looks like two of the five Board members are from U.S. Companies - Level 3 and Google:

Good find, it doesn't look good at all to me.

They are trying to give the impression that a " separate legal entity in the US"would be ok.........
