ANSWERED Torrent working. Internet explorer is not. Whats wrong?

I can open my torrent software and its connected. But when I go into my internet explorer, it just says "waiting for google.com" or waiting for any site I try to goto.

 

Anyone have this problem b4?

perhaps it's a DNS issue. Can you please open a command prompt, issue the following commands and copy and paste the output?

 

 

ipconfig /flushdns
ping 10.4.0.1
ping google.com
ping 8.8.8.8

i opened command prompt. Typed in ipconfig / flushdns and it said "DNS resolver successfully flushed"

 

Didnt do anything to help

 

Im not sure about the rest of the command there with the ping and numbers. Sorry not too computer savvy.
