ANSWERED How does this happen?

Got disconnected from vpn for unknown reasons about 30 minutes ago (according to disconnect on IRC). Cannot reconnect to vpn as it advises i'm "already connected". I've attempted to use the "disconnect now" feature, but that has been advising it's pending a disconnect for about 5-10 minutes now.

 

How does this happen?

 

Screenshot shows it all.. It says I'm connected, so it won't let me connect. The "disconnect" feature is in a permanent pending state. And the website advises I'm not connected.
