Connecting through OpenVPN

When I try to connect through OpenVPN it says connected, but when I check AirVPN site it says not connected. When I Google the ip address it shows my actual ip address.

Please send us your client logs (just after a connection to the VPN) at your convenience.

What do you mean with "Google the IP address"?

Sorry but when I try to look at the client log it says it can not locate it and ask if I want to create it.

But my connection still states:

OpenVPN GUI

Connected to AirVPN US Librae - UDP 443

Connected since 2/27/2013 2:22 PM

Assigned IP: 10.4.40.98

To answer your question about "Google ip address" I meant I used a program on line to verify my ip address.

So I guess to be safe I will continue to use the AirVPN exe

Problem solved.

After running program compatibility I was required to give administrator priviledge for the program.
