In order to send the logs in text format just click on the "Copy to clipboard" button and paste where appropriate.

A backtrack can occur now and then with connections over UDP, for several reasons (momentary network congestion, momentary high-latency...). If you see those log lines sporadically, you should not worry about them. Please feel free to contact us again if, on the contrary, you get a large amount of backtracks in a short time.
