iOS VPN - Google recaptcha never loads

When connected to the VPN, Google will send me to a page to verify that I am not a bot. This would be fine, however it will never actually load the captcha as long as I'm on the VPN. I've tried with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox as well as being on both cell and wi-fi when on VPN.
