After a wipe and reload of my OS I found I wasn't able to start the portable Eddie client from the GUI. If I start eddie_ui from the terminal using sudo, the program will launch. It looks like the portable version is trying to use gksu, even though gksu has been deprecated and removed from most distros. Here's what I see when trying to start eddie_ui from the terminal without sudo:

. 2018.10.17 12:12:28 - Eddie version: 2.16.3 / linux_x64, System: Linux, Name: Manjaro Linux \r (\n) (\l), Version: Linux pc 4.18.12-1-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Oct 5 16:06:16 UTC 2018 x86_64 GNU/Linux, Mono/.Net: 4.6.2 (Stable; Framework: v4.0.30319
. 2018.10.17 12:12:28 - Restarting with admin privileges (method:gksu)

Nothing happens after that, which is the same as when trying to launch via the GUI. Does the portable version of eddie still depend on gksu?
