Curl was unable to start correctly

I'm getting pop-ups throughout the day saying that Curl was unable to start correctly. 

 

From Event Viewer:

Event ID 26: Application popup: curl.exe - Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.

 

How to fix?

Perhaps post your log here. From the main window/logs/copy to clipboard.
