How to setup airvpn like Psiphon

I have read up online that psiphon uses the ssh protocol, and this works on my schools network. However, I recently purchased AirVPN and can’t get it to connect to the network. I was wondering if someone could help me configure it to get a connection as Psiphon always gets a connection on my schools network.

Eddie, the AirVPN client software, usage is recommended whenever possible, it will make things simpler. You can change connection mode by selecting an "OpenVPN over SSH" tunnel in "AirVPN" > "Preferences" > "Protocols" window.

In this case your network disrupts SSH.

 

Try also "OpenVPN over SSL" to port 443, it's worth a try.
