Are the routing servers redundant?

At the bottom there are a number of routing servers which having observed for a while don't actually do anything. None of the server pages load the traffic graphs so it's not possible to tell how they are being used historically, here's the link for the aus server yearly graphs:

I don't think I've ever seen the AUS routing server above 0mbps and it's been around since 2015 (and doesn't have a specific location)...I'm wondering what they are used for and why they are still around; if it was for bypassing blocks such as content providers most have moved to more sophisticated blocking that double hop won't be able to fix.

Hello!

All the routing servers are used and the graphs are displayed correctly, as far as we can see. About AU2, it's used, but not much. In the last year the peak bandwidth was 8 Mbit/s only! :)

Kind regards

Thanks for the reply - when I am connected to the VPN the images do not display, Edge says: Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND and Chrome says: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

Also what are they used for? If I recall the UK routing was an attempt at iPlayer but that's likely blocked now. I'm guessing other websites that geoblock? Not that I know any .
