Internal IP question

I found some topics on this by searching, but it's still not clear to me. If I connect to the same node and port, can I rely upon the subnet always being the same?

 

For example, I am using Albireo on UDP 443 on a Ubiquiti Edgerouter. Will the subnet always be 10.30.0.0/16 in this case, or is it subject to change?  I use 10.12.x.x/24 for my local LAN and wondered if I would ever run into a conflict with any 10.12.0.0/16 AirVPN subnets on my router, since 10.12.x.x/24 is a connected route for my local LAN.  I'm also looking to hardcode the 10.30.0.1 DNS server in a couple of places in my router config and wondered if I would need to account for subnet changes in this situation.

Connecting to the same protocol/port combo will always get you an IP in that combo's IP range. 10.4.0.0/16 would be UDP/443, 10.5.0.0/16 in case of TCP/443 and so on. 10.x.0.1 is the DNS. 10.4.0.1 works everywhere since all other x.1 addresses are basically the same server.
