Hello,
 
I installed the latest version of Eddie (2.13.6) for windows 10 (64-bit) and when attempting to connect to a server i receive the error message "The system cannot find the file specified"  over and over.

I also had this problem. It turned out that Avast was removing openvpn.exe, as it considered it to be a generic threat.

 

So maybe check your a/v first.

Yes, you were right. Avast was putting OpenVPN.exe in quarantine. I added the AirVPN folder to the exclusions list and it's working fine now.
