Cannot login. (length of the data to decrypt is invalid)

Hey,

 

Just a few days ago before I left everything worked just fine, and now I'm back home and can't login. The error I get is:

length of the data to decrypt is invalid

 

I've tried reinstalling, rebooting the pc and other things you try when you troubleshoot. 

 

There is also nothing in the logs besides the error in the pop-up window.

Maybe someone knows what to do..

We've had a few other threads mentioning this error message but there is no solution so far, at least on these forums. Temporarily disable any anti-malware softwares, especially those doing something to network traffic, if not already tried.
