Is 10.68.128.1 Anything Special on AirVPN's Servers?

Probably a silly question, but the vast majority of the blocked traffic on my pfSense box is coming from 10.68.128.1 and going to 224.0.0.1 (a multicast address).  Yes, I know the 10.x.x.x is a private address so it shouldn't be coming from the internet (which is why my router is catching it).  But, I'm wondering if it might be some special address on AirVPN's servers.

It's nothing that is documented publically. 10.50.x.x is possible but not 10.68.x.x.
