With the advent of Netflix and Amazon blocking VPN IP ranges, is it possible to have a feature in Eddie to to allow that traffic to automatically go outside the tunnel?

You can route outside the VPN tunnel based on IP or IP range.  It's built into Eddie already.  Search the forum next time.
