open ports not binded to vpn ip not reachable

I recently switched the computer that connects to VPN (windows 10 using Eddie client). On the old computer (also windows 10 using eddie) I could connect to open ports that listen on 0.0.0.0 (ports are forwarded/open on AirVPN website). But on the new PC I can only connect to ports that bind to the specific VPN interface/ip.

To clarify, using netstat -a

TCP    0.0.0.0:49669          VPN-PC:0            LISTENING  <-- can't connect

TCP    10.10.10.10:49668       VPN-PC:0            LISTENING <-- can connect

where 10.10.10.10 is the ip of the VPN interface.

Do I need to enable some option in Eddie for this to work again?
