Eddie Connection Problem

Hello,

 

I am new to airVPN and VPN's in general. In the Eddie Client (linux portable experimental version), every time I try to connect to an specific or recommended server I get the same error log which ends with: 

 

OpenVPN > Linux ifconfig failed: could not execute external program

OpenVPN > Exiting due to fatal error

...

Can you please check whether "ifconfig" is in /sbin ?

 

OpenVPN should use "ip" on systems without ifconfig. If you don't have ifconfig, check whether some package containing ifconfig for your distribution (for example net-tools) is available for a quick solution.

Solved the ifconfig problem. Had to create symlinks in /sbin/ pointing to /bin/ifconfig and /bin/route

 

But if I go to ipleak.net it shows my real IPv6 adress, but IPv6 is disabled in the client? Edit: Solved it with activating network lock
