Near China locations

I know that it is easy to use airvpn from china with an ssl tunnel works fine with Eddie.

But there is still one problem:

Lets say you are in wuhan, the next available server is Hongkong. The distance is very far, wouldn't it be possible to get nearer server locations in this reigion (japan / south korea / taiwan)?
