Checking Login.... forever (OSX client)

I can use the AirVPN for a while* then I get no downloads, quit doesn't work and I have to force quit. Re-launching brings the Checking Login and that's all that happens. 

 

 

Can only connect to Netherlands servers (nothing else works)

 

Am I doing something wrong or is the service gone downhill?

Check your firewall settings. I use ESET Cyber Security Pro and just discovered that I had to add my VPN Client into the Firewall and enable it to connect to the internet.
