Download and install OpenVPN from OpenVPN official download page

Log in this site. Enter Config Generator
Click on your favorite option (if you are in doubt, just choose 443 UDP).
Click on "Generate".
Download or extract files into OpenVPN configuration directory.

Launch OpenVPN GUI with administrator privileges, right-click on its tray icon and select "Air" --> "Connect".
