Cannot connect to server

After months of faultless use suddenly just getting cannot connect to server.  Seems to have occoured after recent malware scan and removal.  

Reinstalled both vpn and client...still the same

Where can i find the logs??  so i can post...looked everywhere!!

Hi there.  I was having the same issue today, unable to connect to any server.  My internet was pretty sluggish overall as well.  I unplugged my modem and router for a bit then repowered them and it fixed my issue.  If you haven't tried that yet it's worth a shot.
