Can't install OPENvpn W7

Hello,

 

 

I have a laptop with W7 ultimate that won't install OPENvpn.  It just sits there and acts like it is trying but never does anything.  I left it for hours. I also tried closing all malware and firewall. still same.

 

I got it to install on a desktop at work fine but not my laptop.

 

 

What else can I try?

So, did you use the Turn Windows features on or off window?

Yes I tried all of that. 

 

Here is a screen shot of the PC at my work that worked.  My laptop looks the same in the turn on or off features in W7.  It is funny because it looks like it is unchecked which means it is off.s

 

 

I might try reinstalling W7

I got it to work.  I had to un install and install net frame 4.5.1 twice then it worked
