AirVPN through Proxy

I can not connect airvpn as its giving error that can not connect to remote server. Our network work through proxy and i entered proxy in the setting but its asking for authentication and i can not find any way to enter authentication details.

Please help.

Hello!

 

You might be able to discover the credentials (besides of course asking for them to the network administrator) by looking at the configuration of those programs in your computer that already work properly in the network. IMPORTANT: the Air client does NOT support proxy authentication. Once you have the credentials, you should generate an appropriate file through our Configuration Generator and then run OpenVPN GUI or OpenVPN directly.
