AirVPN DNS Servers Down?

I use the following AirVPN DNS servers:

 

10.4.0.1

10.5.0.1

 

And today when I tried to connect (About 20 minutes before this posting) I couldn't resolve anything because there was no reply from the DNS servers. I switched to Google for the interim (8.8.8.8) but obviously that's not a long-term solution. Is this just me or did anyone else experience this?

Actually not, we have not detected any problem in our VPN DNS...

That usually means you're not connected to the VPN as those DNS servers are only accessible when connected. Rather than use Google while trying to debug, consider using the OpenNIC DNS servers which respect your privacy and do not keep logs.
