Hello,

I have been using AirVPN this past 2 weekds with no issues, however, this morning I have encountered an error.

Upon logging in as normal I can see the list of servers I am able to connect to, however, trying to connect to them (port 443 - none of the others work),leads to the "failed to start" error, and I booted back to the login screen.

Here is a copy of my error log:

"03/12/2013 - 13:21    AirVPN client version: 1.9

"

This is happening on two seperate computers and nothing has changed on my end.

Thanks.

Just had this issue today.

Tried re-installing to the latest version of OpenVpn. Tried different modes. Tap adaptor is already enabled on windows.

Don't know how to access the error log to put that here.

Anything else I can try?

Hello,

we have had a momentary problem for a few minutes preventing access to the Air client for Windows only. The problem has been fixed, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Kind regards
