vpn won't connect away from home

I'm running air vpn on windows 7 and using comodo firewall. It has worked no problem for quite some time, I've followed the instructions on the forums to set up global rules and haven't had any issues until now. When I go to a new location (ie another house or at work), I can connect to airvpn to see the server list but once I try to connect to a server, it says connecting but never connects. I tried restarting without success, and does not give me an error message. It still works fine at my house though.

Maybe the subnet is different, i.e. the IP addresses range of the second house network is different from your own home network, can you please check when you can? For example, in your house it could be somewhere in 192.168.0.0/16 while on other networks it could be somewhere in 172.16.0.0/12.

Also, please feel free to send us the client logs pertaining to failed connection attempts and the output of "ipconfig /all" (when you are not in your home network).
