  1. Hi everyone, I have an issue with the software and have contacted support but in the meantime I thought I'd ask around the community to see if there's anyone with my issue that has solved it. Below is the email I sent to support and I've attached the logs. Any thoughts/ideas are greatly appreciated! I am a new user (PC, windows 10) and have just activated my plan and installed the software. Just to mention that I've been using Mullvad so far with no issues at all on my network. I also have Portmaster installed (not using Windows Firewall) and that also did not have any interference with Mullvad. My issue is whenever I try to connect I get a notification saying the following and cannot connect whatsoever: "checking route ipv4 failed last reason fetch url Error: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK" I've browsed your forums for a bit and did the following: 1. set up Portmaster as shown in this thread: https://airvpn.org/forums/topic/49747-airvpn-eddie-portmaster-and-dns-how-to-configure/ Specifically the instructions are: - Starting with Portmaster service running, initiate Eddie without connecting to any server. - Eddie Internet Lock set to disabled. Also uncheck the "SETTINGS > Activate Network Lock at Startup" - Eddie DNS Switch Mode set to disabled. - Eddie Check Air VPN DNS unchecked. - Portmaster option "GLOBAL SETTINGS > SECURE DNS > Ignore System/Network Servers" must be on. - Initiate a connection to a VPN server with Eddie. 2. I followed the directions from your staff as shown in this thread: https://airvpn.org/forums/topic/57236-getting-continous-checking-route-ipv4-failed-last-reason-fetch-url-errortimeout-was-reached-error/ The instructions are: from Eddie's main window please select "Preferences" > "Protocols" uncheck "Automatic" select any line with WireGuard. The line will be highlighted. click "Save" and re-start a connection to apply the change please make sure to test a few servers in different locations around your node Please see attached logs from my latest attempt. Hope I've provided enough info but if not please let me know! Eddie_20251003_162641.txt
