  1. Greetings, Just wanted to share a solution I discovered when using AirVPN with SSL Tunneling enabled ( thanks to the fact that my ISP throttles OpenVPN UDP/TCP traffic to 300KBps ) I'm running Stunnel + OpenVPN GUI ( this will effect you at the same time if your using Eddie * AirVPNs client * as well ) and I noticed that my speed tests and downloads were sluggish and would go stop go stop go stop... I figured something was up but I couldn't put my finger on it ( and this occurred with various AirVPN servers ). I finally figured it must be local to my computer and for those of you who use SSL Tunneling are aware this process is very CPU demanding as theirs lots of Encryption/Decryption going on. So low and behold I had a runaway process ( IExplorer.exe was consuming 99% cpu for the past few days ) after noticing this via taskmanager in windows 10 I nuked the process and voila my speeds were back to normal and no more stuttering on the downloads. Keep in mind this is not a one size fits all solution to slow download speeds but this is a variable that one can explorer. Hope this helps !
