  1. Hello. I have a problem with configuring my server (Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS) properly for P2P. I wanted to send ONLY torrent traffic through VPN, leaving normal traffic untouched so I can connect through SSH. So: I used this guide https://www.htpcguides.com/force-torrent-traffic-vpn-split-tunnel-debian-8-ubuntu-16-04/ for forcing my connection to use VPN. I modified it a little bit only to make it work with airvpn. And it is indeed working. ipleak.net is showing correct vpn ip. But the I'm having difficulties with opening my port. I didn't forward it anywhere in my iptables because I found on forum that you just don't do that. Just unlocked it on airvpn. I even tested forwarding on my home network (without forwarding ports in my router) and on airvpn tester and http://www.yougetsignal.com it indeed is opened. So why can't I make it work on my server ? On airvpn tester the port is not responding and yougetsignal is telling me that it's closed. Torrents are seeding, but the speed is sometimes not that good and I think that forwarding may be the reason for it. Of course I properly set the port in torrent (same I forwarded on site). in netstat -lntu I can find that the port is listening, but only in TCP. tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:55XXX 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN What can I do to make it work ?
