I worked with support and although very nice and knowledgeable we all got stumped on this one. I think it has to do with it being a legacy account and the system and client upgrade just messed something up.. So far nothing has worked, I can use Linux command line OK to connect via ovpn but Eddie is broken. Using Linux Mint 20.0. also some wonkyness in the Eddie GUI -
I use Eddie quite some time now but since today it seems that I cannot log in anymore. I do log in but the network is still exposed and after logging out and trying to log in again this issue remains. Nothing has changed since last week. My login is the same as usual and I really don't know what to do more now.

Any ideas? I've checked online and apparently common with users who's subscription have expired. However, I'm only about halfway through the length of my subscription this year, which I renewed back on the 8th of June 2013.
