  1. With the latest revelation from google about Quantum Computing, I would like to know how safe arewith with Airvpn? What is the best encryption method and how do we implement it .
  2. Can this happen while being connected via AirVPN ? I do not know? --- Read more of this story at Slashdot. https://yro.slashdot.org/story/22/01/31/222250/website-fined-by-german-court-for-leaking-visitors-ip-address-via-google-fonts I originally saw this story posted on Facebook and here is their comment thread on it: https://www.facebook.com/slashdot/posts/10158469206330857 I do not know if this can still happen while being connected on ANY VPN, let alone while on or using AirVPN? Can anyone help me who knows better? I guess a simple yes or no from someone who knows better, would be reassuring lol
  3. We've been having sporadic (though frequent) problems with all things Google since about the last week of January 2018. Anything of Google's (including Youtube) has been slow to load, doesn't completely work, or won't load at all (it varies). Site's that are non-Google have had no problems, at all. According to Down Detector: http://downdetector.com/status/google/map/ there are issues in many of the major cities (I'm running through AirVPN's Merope server in Los Angeles, which is one of the affected areas -- I'd switch to the next closest (Dallas), but that's in one of the affected areas, too). If the problem were truly widespread, I'd assume there'd be all kinds of headlines about it. But, there's been nothing. Is anyone else seeing this? Could it be Google or someone blocking or throttling access to Google domains if the traffic comes through a known VPN server? I can't find any way to actually report this kind of thing to Google. Does anyone know of a way that doesn't just get dumped into the bit-bucket?
  4. I ask myself the following questions, - has the System-time and Language set in Windows, as well as the web browser language setting, influence the web search despite VPN? I am (despite US IP and secure DNS) too often search results in my region (Europe) displayed. -I have an account for the US P.Store via AIR VPN and the Google Store makes me trouble. More precisely: If I change the server via AIR VPN or I log on with my smartphone, Goggle constantly requires a new authentication either via US telephone number- voice call or I get on my P.Store account on my smartphone everything in euros and their apps. I have already deactivated the location and further with my Google Account, nevertheless does not seem to help. I have successfully recreated a US Google Account over my PC, but do not trust me to use this on my smartphone. -Whats the optimal AIR VPN Software settings for my Problems? -Which browser do you use so? Greetings from Berlin, ( sorry for my english)
  5. When trying to use Google on the Atlanta servers (tested on Azha, Albireo, Dschubba), I am getting redirected to a captcha and then after completing the captcha, it is going to an error 400 screen. I am using my iPhone when testing this. I have tested other servers (such as Alrischa for Chicago and Chort for Toronto) and Google works fine on them.
  6. My phone is connected to AirVPN via OpenVPN for Android. Most websites are fooled by the VPN, but when I ask google directly (OK Google), it shows my actual IP address. I do not have this issue on my PC. What can I do about this? Thanks in advance.
  7. Do a Google search for a topic with the term airvpn. Most, if not all results are to broken links. They all contain mobiquo/smartbanner/welcome.php in the URL and all load a blank page. I know you are going to say it may be adware but the searches are from my phone and i don't suspect it to be adware. Airvpn.org is the only sure effected that I have seen. Can anyone verify this? https://airvpn.org/mobiquo/smartbanner/welcome.php?referer=https%3A%2F%2Fairvpn.org%2Ftopic%2F13568-issues-with-torrents%2F&code=&board_url=https%3A%2F%2Fairvpn.org&lang=en-US
  8. Server is not found when attempting to access Google. May be temporary?
  9. Hi, im trying to add my Paypal account to Google Payments. Everything looks to be going ok > it redirects to Paypal for you to login and confirm > then i get an error message: Uh oh. There was a problem.Something went wrong. There was an issue adding your PayPal account. Please select a different payment method. anyone know what i need to do? All i want is to add Google credit to my account and pay via paypal
  10. Hello, i'm not sure what AirVPN is willing to do, but for users like us that recieve improper geolocation from google, please submit a request to google as you find errors. If www.dnsleaktest.com and ipleak.net all show as being in a certain country that google does not show report the incorrect google geolocation to them via their report page. Here is their report page: https://support.google.com/websearch/contact/ip
  11. I just noticed I can't search on Google anymore. Using Nash, Netherlands server. I get: We're sorry... ... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. See Google Help for more information. Edit: It seems it was temporary, now it showed me captcha and it's working again.
  12. Before today I had experienced google.com request to redirect to the site for the country of the server I was connected to. For example, Google searches on Nashira in the UK would prompt to use google.co.uk. But I had never seen Google redirect to a third country. Using Carinae [uK], I was prompted to switch to google.com.tr [Turkey!] and using Velorum [Germany], I was prompted to switch to google.it [italy]. Has anyone else encountered this issue? It's possible that google made changes to how it decides if a user may prefer a country-specific version of their site. It's a minor annoyance, but when the redirection is to a more censorship-friendly country such as Turkey it does look a bit worrisome.
  13. I cannot connect to the Google Analytics server from at least the UK servers and Netherlands. I can connect fine without AirVPN, would be awesome if this could be fixed. Thanks
  14. I have been having this problem with Google, It ALWAYS knows my location. Even under the most strict conditions I cannot seem to hide from them. Here are my current settings: VPN enabled OpenDNS configured Cookies and cache cleared Location awareness disabled in firefox and osx Wired ethernet connection, Wifi disabled Flash disabled Javascript disabled Cookies disabled Java disabled Furthermore, if I use Tor Browser but disable Tor using Torbutton Google knows my location. I have tested for DNS leaks and find none. I find this incredibly invasive and want to block them but cannot seem to find a way. Does anyone have any suggestions?
