  1. On Android mobile: having configured a proxy for WIFI connection. then enabling Eddie for Android v.3.2.1 VPN with default settings. When running ipleak.net, I'd expect to see airVPN adresses, Instead I get addresses used by the proxy. Even setting VPN lock didn't change this. Is this a bug or how Eddie is supposed to work?
  2. There is one Teamspeak Server (gommehd.net) that disconnects and bans you almost instantly if you are using a VPN - its not just a list of blocked IPs, since you are able to connect but some seconds later you get blocked, try for yourself to understand what I mean. Is there anyway to bypass that? any ideas?
  3. This is only a solution for people in their home country willing/wanting to bypass the VPN to access their Netflix account. Does not help for out-of-country Netflix access. I was surprised to not see this in the forum, as it's very simple and works. It is a very short script added to the Custom Configuration which pulls the current IP addresses for a domain name (Netflix.com, Hulu.com) and routes those addresses "around" the VPN. allow-pull-fqdn route www.netflix.com 255.255.255.255 net_gateway So far I've been using this for a day, and had to restart things one time to get it to pick up new addresses. I would like to find a way to run this at regular intervals to add to the IP list (without duplicating addresses already in the list).
  4. Hi there! I've been using AirVPN on my Mac for a while now and I'm real happy with it! I like to keep it connected quite often but have to disconnect when I want to use certain sites that deny access from VPNs like Netflix. Is there a way to stay connected to the VPN but allow/make an exception for (in this example) Netflix to circumvent the VPN? Thanks in advance!
  5. Hello! ubuntu 14.04LTS Is there a simple way to bypass the vpn for plex or rather a specific port? I need a direct connection to my dedicated server for plex. Any help is very much appreciated. Thx! edit: I found a simple solution for ubuntu. Now, I use an ubuntu lxc-container for everything that I want to do with AirVPN (openvpn). The main system does not connect to AirVPN, thus I can easily establish a direct connection with my plex server. I know this should be possible with firewall rules and routes, but this is a good option for me.
  6. Hi AirVPN, I would like to make a suggestion for a DNS only geolocation bypass like usunblock and other similar services as a extra or complimentary service to go with your VPN service. I suggest this because devices like Chromecast don't work when you for example connect your iPhone to the US VPN and try and cast it doesn't work as the iPhone no longer sees the Chromecast on the network. I think this feature would also be good for other devices that don't provide VPN support or for people that just want to access content their not able too just because they live in a different country.
