  1. When using newly generated .ovpn files in Tunnelblick I keep seeing this... Warning: This VPN may not connect in the future. The OpenVPN configuration file for 'AirVPN_Europe_UDP-443' contains these OpenVPN options: • 'comp-lzo' was deprecated in OpenVPN 2.4 and has been or will be removed in a later version You should update the configuration so it can be used with modern versions of OpenVPN. Tunnelblick will use OpenVPN 2.4.7 - OpenSSL v1.0.2r to connect this configuration. However, you will not be able to connect to this VPN with future versions of Tunnelblick that do not include a version of OpenVPN that accepts the options.
  2. I am having an issue configuring AirVPN SSL to work with Tunnelblick and Stunnel on my macbook. I got it to work about a month ago, but I can't remember how I did it. I am pretty sure the issue is stunnel, but I can't figure out how to configure the proper files. 1. I have imported the .ovpn into tunnelblick 2. moved the .ssl and .crt into stunnel file 3. changed the .ssl in stunnel to .conf when I try to connect to the server via tunnelblick i receive this error: TCP: connect to [AF_INET]127.0.0.1:1413 failed, will try again in 5 seconds: Connection refused If you need any further information or files, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your assistance. connection_error.txt
  3. I installed Tunnelblick on a Mac Pro tower (running Snow Leopard). It connects to any server fine but when I check my IP, it is unchanged. Anybody know how to fix this? ...Thanks
  4. I am connected using tunnelblick, and I have placed the airvpn file into a folder and loaded that config file into tunnelblick. However, while tunnelblick says it connects, I can still see my ip address. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
  5. I have a couple of questions regarding AirVPN and OS X: 1) What are the pros and cons of using the Eddie client vs. Tunnelblick? 2) Is Eddie compatible with OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)? Thanks.

  7. Hi, I'm on Mac OS X Mavericks and with neither Tunnelblick, nor the AirVPN client a connection to the Spanish server Nihal is possible. The AirVPN client automatically "recommends" (=connects) me a different server (usually Dutch) after not managing to connect to Nihal, while Tunnelblick doesn't connect to Nihal either. All other servers I tried seem to be working just fine. The availability of Spanish servers was a condition for choosing AirVPN and I was not amused when the servers got deleted some weeks ago. When the Spanish location reappeared I was very happy, as I rely on Spanish servers for TV reasons. Does this happen to everyone here trying to connect to that server or is it only me having that problem? In any case, I would highly appreciate any help. Regards
  8. Hello, For me Tunnelblick (MacOS) will not connect to AirVPN servers when I have DNSCrypted enabled - and works like a charm when i disable it. Is it possible to use DNSCrypt and be connected to AirVPN servers via Tunnelblick at the sametime and if so, how ? Thank you
  9. Hello! ISSUE (CRITICAL) Just 4 days ago Tunnelblick 3.3beta44 was released. We can now surely recommend the upgrade to 3.3beta44 (or beta46) to all Mac OS X 10.8.x (Mountain Lion) users, however it is now clear that there's a critical problem with this version of Tunnelblick and OpenVPN 2.2.1 which prevents connections to our service. SOLUTION Switch to OpenVPN 2.3.x from inside Tunnelblick menu. Kind regards
