  1. I have VPN Manager for OpenVPN on my Kodi install and I use the Yatse app on my mobile device as my Kodi remote control. Yatse works fine with VPN off, but as soon as I switch to an application that I have OpenVPN enable VPN automatically, I immediately get disconnected from my Yatse remote. (Although certain options in the Yatse app still work) I sent logs to the developer of the Yatse app and he basically told me AirVPN doesn't allow communication between Yatse and Kodi. Anyone have any similar experience using an app that utilizes the configured Web server port for remote control in Kodi while connected to AirVPN?
  2. I have cellular broadband through AT&T 4G LTE and a 50 GB limit at which point i'm not throttled, just deprioritized. When I am still within my limit I can get up to 29 Mbps, and after my limit I can get 6 to 9 Mbps depending on tower traffic even through vpn connections. I always connect to a Canada server from Michigan, but whenever I try to watch movies on Kodi I can barely get 1-2 Mbps. Is there anything that I can suggest to fix this problem? Maybe SSL or SSH or a specific settings change like ports, protocol, DNS?
  3. Hello guys, I'm using the home theater software Kodi on a Raspberry and I would like to use AirVPN as a proxy, since certain things are country-restricted. As far as I know there is no official support for a proxy from the AirVPN team, however, can anyone more knowledgeable than me tell me if it is still possible? I have attached a photo of the settings menu for the proxy, and I think OSMC runs on Debian, so I might be able to access the command line. Thanks for your help.
  4. Hi, i have a RPI3 with Libraelec on it and I'm currently using this addon: brianhornsby.com/kodi_addons/openvpn to setup openvpn with the airvpn config file. Works perfectly but there is the problem of DNS leaks. Currently it's using my ISP's DNS since its configured by dhcp in the Libraelec config/settings. I searched for answers for hours now and found these options: 1) https://airvpn.org/topic/9608-how-to-accept-dns-push-on-linux-systems-with-resolvconf/ Problem here: no resolvconf package or openresolv package is installed & /etc/resolv.conf is read-only -> not working 2) i connect through my ISPs DNS to the VPN and then switch to 10.4.0.1 via libraelec settings -> not working 3) use opendns or opennic as my DNS -> want to use the vpn dns though Is there a solution i'm overlooking or does solution 1) work? Thanks in advance
  5. I am struggling to successfully edit the openvpn config file generated in the client area to successfully use the script here: http://brianhornsby.com/blog/how-to-setup-your-vpn-client In the guide it suggests editing the file to point to a password but AirVPN seems to use a key instead. Any help would be appreciated.
