  1. @LZ1 Waiting for TUN/TAP interface to come up... Another reason why that error appears and so many get this? port 68 and/or port 67 is blocked by the firewall. and end with "Initialization Sequence Completed With Errors/CONNECTED,ERROR," Do not add port 53 to the list. Also do not add port 67 or 68 to the svc.block list. Set svchost.exe as "Outgoing Only". A more detailed example (See above post in "for svchost.exe" example) In other words if those ports are blocked;establishing a connection to the server will not occur/happen.
  2. @RebMusaPlease address your question(s) to the OP of this post.
  3. In your firewall rules---dd-wrt ----------------------------------tun0------------------------------------------ iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o tun0 -j ACCEPT iptables -I FORWARD -i tun0 -o br0 -j ACCEPT iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o vlan2 -j DROP iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o ppp0 -j DROP iptables -I INPUT -i tun0 -j REJECT iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o tun0 -j MASQUERADE ----------------------------------tun0------------------------------------------
  4. Regarding --->>> https://airvpn.org/topic/17440-guide-fix-for-tap-adapter-in-windows/page-3?do=findComment&comment=76878 does not work for you switch/change from UDP to TCP protocol. Use 1 TCP session to an AirVPN Generation 2 server-->>Entry 3 or Entry 4. Regards, Flx11
  5. Can you clarify on "finishing getting AirVPN". So you were not connected to an AirVPN server? Deep breaths and relax. Depending on where you live laws differ. The notice if you got that in your email do a print out and IGNORE THEM FROM NOW ON. USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. Sadly it does not. not 100%. Revisit your config software/hardware/network layout. *Above posts<<--you already have your answer* from other members.
  6. Yup...blends in as a normal ISP IP. IPv6 can be provided by an AirVPN Generation 2 server.
  7. This was the ONLY server on which everything worked like a charm especially Netflix Europe ALWAYS worked. I tend to agree with ginganerd on this.
  8. Hello, Not included into any "tap.bat" files/scripts....ARP flushing...... ----------------------------------------------------- netsh interface ip delete arpcache ----------------------------------------------------- NOW IT IS. File/Script uploaded..... tap.zip Enjoy & Happy Browsing, Regards, Flx11
  9. Windows 10 Update 1803 uninstalls all TAP adapters but not OpenVPN.
  10. Sure you can SSL connect to a Second Generation AirVPN server if that is your choice. Make sure "Assigned IP" for Server 1 and Server 2 are not on the same "segment" for IPv4-->>e.g. 10.9.1.x 10.9.244.x. You want them both to work at the same time-->>e.g 10.7.x.x 10.9.x.x The second IPv4 & IPv6 "Assigned IP" will be provided by Server 2(Generation 2).
  11. Eddie app Set airvpn.exe and svchost.exe-->>"Outgoing Only". Do not include port 53 in the list.
  12. Hello, Is there an app AirVPN for android or ios that we can use to check our details/status? I am not referring to Eddie app. Any plans or chance in creating one? ... rather than using airvpn.org. Well?
  13. Aludra Alwaid Mintaka(not working for me) Grumium thus far.
  14. Yup that is what you get when updating Windows 10 and end up with VPN not working. That does not matter, some of the settings made or not....Windows 10 will "update" the settings or restore it to default. See this https://airvpn.org/topic/17440-fix-for-tap-adapter-in-windows/ Disable Windows Update(block it/localize the process in your firewall), enable it only when you need to update your OS. Check your adapters TAP/VPN adapters. make sure they are in DHCP, sometimes they are not and in that link you will find your answer. Good luck and Regards, Flex
