Thanks for posting your logs in spoilers. ​Did you try setting all your network adapters, on IPv4, to "Obtain" DNS & IP addresses automatically? In addition, did you disable any network adapters you don't need (such as ones from Nvidia for instance or old TAP Drivers from other VPN providers). Also, there's a newer TAP driver you could try.

Hello ! Welcome to AirVPN. Did you mean you tried the TAP drivers? It wasn't clear if you were referring to having downgraded these or tried the new ones - it doesn't look like you changed them. Do try to set all of your network adapters to "Obtain Automatically" - that includes the TAP adapter. Excellent first post you made; refreshing to see the logs in spoilers lol.

Hello ! Please check the Status page to see if the server(s) you're using are having issues. If so, change to other servers. Sometimes you have to try servers in completely different countries. You may want to check: - TAP drivers (thread stickied in troubleshooting forum) - That your IP & DNS IPs are set to "Obtain Automatically" on all IPv4 Network Adapters. - 3rd party firewalls, like the Norton one, can cause issues; especially if you're using Network Lock. You can try check in Norton and see if you can put AirVPN.exe & OpenVPN.exe in an exceptions list of any kind.

Honestly I have no idea what their purpose was. I spent a terrible amount of time there helping users figure things out. Perhaps they thought that the VPN was the reason I did that. At one point, while explaining to a user how to configure OpenVPN, I was asked how something worked. I replied that I remembered it working in one way, but I could not check to see because my subscription had ran out. Later that day, I got a PM offering me free service. At that point, I took them up on it. Since then I have always declined. That's quite cool ! Although it's funny to think that some of their greatest help didn't actually come from a member then, haha. People in Texas are such rebels aren't they?! No wonder you got that independence movement going strong still!

I didn't think of that, good point! Whatever works, really. What do you mean feedback ticket? Because I'm thinking of AirVPN support and that's definitely not what you mean. How could that work? It would be nice if there was a system for contributing suggested changes. For instance, you could crowd-source the translation of the How-To and/or FAQ articles if you wanted, like in the Promo Video thread. I don't mind if it's tedious though; as long as Air says it needs people to do it, I'll sign up. You will too, right Eden *peer pressure* lol.

Oh I see. Well maybe there could be a hidden forum for them then, where they can take a copy of a thread or something which should be changed, start a new thread and then explain their changes. Then other mods/Staff could comment, in order to approve it, then copy/paste the contents into the official thread. So if you thought an FAQ thread should be changed, you to the FAQ forum, copy the contents of the thread you want to change, then post it in the hidden forum. Staff approves, copy/pastes your content back into the FAQ thread and voila, changed. Then the thread is locked. Do you think this is feasible or is it too tedious? Just giving ideas. ​ ​Haha, distractions eh . It's so annoying when reading something and you have to re-read it 5 times to get it lol.
