  1. I'm connected to a Dutch server. When i want to post. Site says: YOU WRITE TO US FROM THE IP ADDRESS: 54.90.131.4 That IP belongs to: Amazon.com, Inc. It's strange, but no geo/leaks here
  2. Hi Giganerd, Not hijacking this one, But what do you mean with "a so it's a bit more.. "private", ? . To my understanding: what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Right?
  3. Go here and read and click links in the explanation https://airvpn.org/forums/forum/10-websites-support/page/2/ .It will be clear.
  4. Maybe ahead of the game but reading the article below could cause this effect? Synamedia is running some trails already and could be the problem for re-routing from countries in the future? https://www.standard.co.uk/tech/new-ai-software-launched-at-ces-2019-can-track-down-users-who-share-accounts-on-netflix-a4035016.html#
  5. Thanks for heads-up. I just give up. My LG and Android are out the game. No worries. For 4K HDR the down speed with geo-routing is to slow for me anyway.
  6. I was referring to the firewall settings in the router with stock firmware from Asus. Test it by disabling the vpn and look if you still have internet and reaching webpages.
  7. I have no experience with Kaspersky. Maybe others here can be supportive with this software. Out of the box. In the router, you will see a button AiProtection, with Trend Micro uses real-time network monitoring to detect malware, viruses and other intrusions before it reaches your PC or connected devices. However, it has a call home function. With a search on the internet and some common sense, makes you decide if this effects your do's or don'ts.

  9. I've this exotic setup before, its a false/positive, meaning your excluded static ip range is going through your wan, unfortunately it doesn't show up in the list: Excluding. You can test every excluded device on Ipleak/whatsmyip to see if they are of the game. The Why Question needs to be answered by Merlin. my 2 cents

    Just Great!

Did you do anything "special" with your router to get that speed? I've seen others with that router struggle to get high speed even though it has the AES-NI CPU. Hi go558a83nk. No special scripts or settings. Some details. In bridge with IPV4 only. Asus Merlin with protocol 3/443/TCP. The OVPN script that comes with AIR. I run 3 separate VPN clients with adaptive Qos. When I downloaded protocol 3 with GCM, the speed increased around 10/12MB’s. At this speed, the RT-AC86U has approx. 77% of load on proc 2 and 50% on proc 1. After some try and error it turns out that client 1, 3, 5 are the fasted and use proc 2 for EAS-NI and proc 1 for background programs. Client 2 and 4 chokes with approx. 110mb’s down at 90% load on proc 1 for EAS-NI and proc 2 for background programs. Maybe that’s the trick on the 86. Today I will enable a 400/40 line a look how that turns out. I don’t think the 86 will come close to 400 on VPN, but we’ll see. I can post my findings if you like.

    Just Great!

    Thats why i love AIRVPN on a 200/20 line, with a RT-AC86U
  12. Hi Team,. Some Q,s / remarks. Why a masterkey to connect? Why not use the same button for quick connect and disconnect. With kind of warning for disconnect.Button “quick connect “color is a bit dull, as in colorless. Red and green will be more understandable.Possibility to keep log files and delete when needed after connections or disconnections are made. Some kind of timer to see how long I’m connected on startpage.Version number at startpage?my 2 cents.
  13. Option; 1. Go to Firewall then to Network Services Filter. Select White-list then tick all days, 23:59 to 23:59. Click Apply. It just works. Extra option; 2 Use ASUS Merlin Firmware and select, Block routed clients if tunnel goes down. (Search google how to use) Bit more complicated but doable in the end.
  14. There are some more ppl having trouble connecting to Amazon on different servers as well, I have this situation for some weeks now, sometimes its works connecting to amazon.com and sometime it doesn’t. I have the Amazon Echo, that won’t connect anymore with the given air-dns, so I rerouted that device with a cloudfare dns but with a AIRVPN IP, and that’s working. Off course there are more DNS servers for that but this one easy to setup 1.1.1.1. It beats me too but you have the freedom to tweak as you please.
  15. Imho the Asus RT-AC86U router is a good one for VPN speed and stability and its processor that supports AES-NI. Features like gaming with a dedicated WTfast server on this router is just a small gimmick that could be neglected if you’re not a gamer. In terms of speed and stability and configuring your router with openvpn is just easy to do and stable. You can have 5 VPN clients running for different needs, the whole household can be connected with your AIRVPN tunnel’s. The afterwards running Asus-merlin firmware is for more freedom of settings with small knowledge of networking that can be very handy. If you have a deeper understanding of networking or you want to get to know it, you can go for Pfsense. There is enough info on this forum for that particular setup. Hope it helps.
  16. Checked pls see.. https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.imdb.com%2F
  17. Try Protocol UDP Port 443 Entry 1 IP xx.xx.xx.xx. Worked for me.
  18. Kind of simulair problem here, except im using Amazon Alexa (stream music, turn on the tv, etc) Couple of days ago Alexa turned in the a red ring of dead, saying i.m. having trouble right now, please see the help section of... bla, bla, bla. Everything else was working except Alexa. Tried a new server. tried old vpn, tried with and without TLS Encrypt, tried a couple of other ports. Nothing seems to work with AIR DNS. wrote a e-mail to Amazon. No answer. Finally i did set a vpn client with DNS to 1.1.1.1. and for that client only. That works perfect. So how do i know if its leaking? i just hooked up a pc to that client, and did the leak test. Jeeez i never did see so many dns servers from cloudfare at one page. Finally i made up my mind, I unhooked the pc and and left Alexa in that state. So in short yes i (leak) on a bunch of cloudfare DNS servers, but with a ip adres from AIR, Its not ideal but works for me atm. Amazon is blocking the AIR DNS, at least at my side. And when i read yours it must be a kind of similar issue, read AIR DNS Amazon/audible. I cant say anything about other services from Amazone.
  19. It is still working!.. but imho yesterday Netflix was much faster, like 35-40mbps, meaning today i'm left with open windows in the overview of the Netflix movies/series wall on my Android TV. Today Netflix speed is decreased to approx 5-10mbps with long loading times and sometimes some error codes (2 of 4 severs not conected) No other services on the network, just to test and nothing changed on my side since yesterday. Maybe just more ppl go thru the same tunnel at the same time today? My setup is simple with an aes-ni capable router and with your new VPN gen2 file, pushing your DNS to the whole household with a 180mpbs in average speeds in normal conditions. which is great ! In my test i used Gianfar, Alcyone, Mirach. Tv is on static dhcp, gateway 192.168.1.1 DNS (first) 192.168.1.1 Second DNS is 0.0.0.0 (tried 10.4.0.1. and 10.5.0.1) didnt help or stalled the whole connection. Offcourse I can detach the Android tv from going thru the tunnel. Maybe i just have to wait when it will be more stable and common and hopefully with better speeds. For now great effort and keep up with your fantastic work!
  20. Netflix works flawlessly on your Dutch servers. Didn't test them all, but what i've tested, did play all the way.
  21. Thats a first. RARBG Your ip downloaded over 200 torrents in the past 24 hours. We are sorry but this is pure flooding so you are limited to downloading only using magnets! If is not your ip this means you are using a site vpn/proxy/unblocker that is not configured properly. ?? Load:294 / 1000 Mbit/s Sessions online 84. Gianfar. Speeds are good tough, 170Mbits with a 200Mbit line. Never seen this one before. Maybe Rarbg has a new policy?
  22. iplead DNS check again have problem and give 0server 100errors. can put speed test to this page or not? Hi AirVpnFan. Attached some files for your convenience. Hope it helps?
  23. Ipleak is working again, no lag, no erros and full visibility of the connected addresses from my side.
  24. 0 Servers 100 Errors on Ipleak aswell, with openvpn on router as by Eddie as a test. Speeds are good though, get arround 180/16 Mbps on 200/20 line.. . Something is off?
