    Try moving your static key into the static key section, not tls-auth section, especially since you're not using tls-auth but tls-crypt.

    I had the same issue, my resolution was to click on "internal storage" instead of "downloads";scroll down until you see ur configuration files, the same file that was greyed out should now be in black and able to be highlighted/selected
