How to encrypt non-system HDD with Truecrypt

I know this is not an encryption-forum but I still think people here would know this kind of stuff.

 

I aleready encrypted my system drive but I'd like to encrypt all my files on the big HDD too.

Can this be done with Trucrypt?

 

If not- what other programs can I use?
