Stays at "connecting..." forever

Just renewed my vpn account yesterday, after selecting server and mode it goes "connecting..." and stays there forever. Anyone can help? Thank you.

Hello,

 

something is blocking OpenVPN:

 

 

TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)

 

can you please check firewall, antivirus and any packet filtering tool?
