Hi, I'm a mac user and I have a laptop (running 10.7.5) and a desktop (running 10.8.4). I only use the connection one at a time, either laptop or desktop, not both connected via AirVPN simultaneously. Suddenly my desktop no longer is able to connect via AirVPN. I don't believe I made any changes to my desktop, in fact I remember connecting yesterday with no problem.

I get this error message with no log entries (see screen shot).

Thank you.

Hello!,

Please try to follow the instructions provided by Tunnelblick itself (restart, if it fails again re-install).

Kind regards

Hi, sorry I should have said in my original post that restarting or reinstalling hasn't helped. The official 'uninstaller' doesn't work either. It stalls after double-clicking and doesn't remove anything. Is there another way to uninstall? I'm very confused, as I said one day Tunnelblick was working, the next day it isn't. Thanks.

Hi, apparently it was a permissions problem. I read in the google tunnelblick forum others were having this problem as well. Repair permissions and tunnelblick works again. Thanks.
