Bootis and Cassiopeia momentarily withdrawn

UPDATE 29-Jul-13: datacenter solved the problem. Bootis and Cassiopeia appear stable at the moment.

UPDATE 02-Sep-13: new support team has been following us after the incident and proved to be competent and fulfilling our requirements and expectations. Bootis and Cassiopeia will therefore stay.

as you may have noticed, Bootis and Cassiopeia have been down since 60 hours ago.

 

During these 60 hours, datacenter support team has been incompetent to detect the cause of the problem, which remains still unknown.

 

For the above reasons, we have decided to momentarily withdraw Bootis and Cassiopeia, awaiting for information from the datacenter.
