ANSWERED Persei's IP associated Netherlands

Depending the site, I will get dutch ads and redirected to their dutch sub-site. Other times i will be blocked completely, such as pandora. Also it looks like Yelp is retricting access from Persei as well.

geographical location detection through IP address is a messy matter. It's very difficult to keep a database in good order. It's very common that geo-IP location errors happen.

I found this topic from 2013 as it's happeneing to me right now.  Messed up my Roku config, now I have to wipe and restart
