Wierd Connection Issue

hello,

i have the following problem:

- i start the client

- i log in

- i choose a server

the result is in the attached file below.

out of nowhere i get no connection and this huge upload rate swinging up to 30000kb/s and more.

its 100 times more than my real physical upload.

no server is reachable.

 

any ideas?

win 8 64bit
