ANSWERED Mac openVPN over SSL

Hi. I am a beginner. I have a mac. I live in Iran. I can't connect to any of the servers. They suggested me to do it ssl. I did. but I can't make it work. I can't understand the guide. Can someone give me a step by step guide? when I use tunnelblick to connect to ssl, it says "making tcp connection" and nothing happens. here is the log

Tunnelblick does not support connections over SSL or over a proxy (Tunnelblick is not a wrapper that supports all the OpenVPN features).

Hi,

 

I had done everything. I downloaded the zip. What should I do now? when I write that command in terminal nothing happens. 

 

Can you give me screenshots of what to do please?
