What are the blue bar charts overlaying the statistics on the Status page?

Also, what is the first number in, for example, 230/1000 Mbit/s? (The upstream speed?)

Hello!

The blue bars show the total portion of currently exploited bandwidth of each server (updated every 60 seconds).

The numbers you refer to are exploited bandwidth/total available bandwidth
