Just set up comodo, easiest way to unblock local dns?

So I just set up comodo, and I got rid of the DNS leak I had, but my problem now is when I want to use my normal network for games and bank etc. I want to use my ISP's dns.

What do I need to unblock in Comodo, is it the port 53?

Is there an easier way?
