ANSWERED Air VPN Failed to start

Whenever I try to log onto Air VPN, I get the following error message "Air VPN Failed to start".  Note I can see the list of servers, so I don't think there's an issue with my user/pass.

Please send us at your convenience the client logs after the problem occurs. Please right-click on the Air client dock icon, select "Logs", click "Copy to clipboard" and paste in your message.

I'm having the same problem suddenly.

I enabled the TAP adapter in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections under Windows 7 and it works for me now.

Thanks for the info.  Enabling the TAP adapter fixed the problem.  Air VPN works now.

i am having the same problem..can any please tell where to find network and internet on my computer?

to solve failed to start. choose your protocol eitheir tcp or udp thats it.
