I was connected to Pollux for about ten days.

Ten minutes ago, the VPN connection disconnected and I can't connect to any servers.

I removed the Ethernet interface from my Network pane in OS X and re added it; however, I still can't connect.

Any ideas?

I am also having a problem logging in. I launch the OpenVPN client and perform the initial login, but after selecting a server it just hangs while "connecting". I've tried 4 or 5 different servers now, all with the same results. The status page doesn't list any issues, but something seems to be amiss. Any idea of when a fix will arrive?

I'm having the same problem.  I was also connected to Pollux, but now, I am unable to connect to any AirVPN servers.  Tunnelblick also updated today.  I bet it's related.

Having the same issue here since I woke up this morning.  I noticed Tunnelblick was asking for an update, so I gave it that, but it didn't help.

Connection from me to ISP and beyond is all fine as far as I can see; but I'm not getting connections to any of the AirVPN servers.

Thanks for posting!  I've been confused as to what's going on and came here for the answer. Guess I'll just go to bed instead

Just for your information: Connecting through a tomato router does not work with AirVPN DNS Servers (10.4.0.1 & 10.5.0.1) set as default at the moment. You have to set a free DNS Server like Google (8.8.8.8) or any other in settings. Port forwarding does not work as well.

Sounds like VPN people are on it. It's just reassuring that I'm not the only one unable to connect to a server.

The connection fails and throws up a small window annotated by a red X and says "Offline".

I haven't been able to connect for over 2 days.  Here's what I get when I do openvpn ./server.conf fron CentOS (this always worked before, server.conf is what I rename my .opvn file to):

@Waltrip

Hello!

Check the servers status here:

https://airvpn.org/enter

when you meet similar problems. Also check your control panel in "Client Area" to know the reasons of the last failed connection attempt. As it was announced in due advance, Castor would have been closed for maintenance (since yesterday it's up again).

Kind regards
