UDP Port forwarding query

Hi all,

I have written some UDP client/server software that is integrated into a single Win32 exe.

Outgoing: works fine - packets from my PC (using AirVPN) quite reliably get to my server on the net (both using the same app) .

Incoming: I have port forwarded 6 x ports and and none seem to deliver the UDP packets from the net server to my PC.

I have successfully run these same tests using both my Intranet as well as over the net without AirVPN.

(My PC is on a dynamic IP and I port forwarded my Router).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bump - is there anyway to check what packets are being received at the Remote VPN IP ?

I will try this on Pavonis as I tested yesterday on Vega - which is now off line.

Update: It appears to be working now - maybe the problem was Vega ?

Hello!

We have had so many problems with Vega that it's possible. It may be a consequence of excessive packet loss. We have momentarily withdrawn Vega because all these problems together cause a very poor customer experience.

Of course we're glad to know that switching server solved the problem.
